Terms of Service - Spiked Collar 1.0.3

This Terms of Service is a legal agreement between you and MycoMushrooms regarding the use of this 3D model provided by MycoMushrooms. By accessing, downloading, or using the Model, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this TOS.

Ownership and License:

1.1. The Model is the intellectual property of MycoMushrooms and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

1.2. MycoMushrooms grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Model for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this TOS.

1.3. The User agrees not to sell, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Model to any third party without the explicit written consent of MycoMushrooms.

Use of the Model:

2.1. The User acknowledges that the Model is provided "as is," without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied. MycoMushrooms does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Model for any particular purpose.

2.2. The User agrees to use the Model responsibly and acknowledges that MycoMushrooms shall not be responsible or liable for any misuse, damages, or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of the Model.

Non-Distribution:

3.1. The User agrees not to distribute the Model, in whole or in part, to any third party without the explicit written consent of MycoMushrooms.

3.2. The User acknowledges that unauthorized distribution of the Model may infringe upon the intellectual property rights of MycoMushrooms and may result in legal action.

Sharing of the Model:

4.1. The User may share the Model with other individuals under the condition that both parties have validly obtained their own copy of the Model from MycoMushrooms or an authorized distributor.

4.2. The User agrees that any sharing of the Model shall be solely for personal, non-commercial use and shall not extend to distributing or granting access to the Model to any third party.

Termination:

5.1. MycoMushrooms reserves the right to terminate this agreement and revoke the User's license to use the Model if the User violates any terms and conditions set forth in this TOS.

5.2. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Model and destroy any copies of the Model in their possession.

Miscellaneous:

6.1. This TOS represents the entire agreement between the User and MycoMushrooms concerning the use of the Model and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

6.2. This TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in the United States of America.

6.3. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this TOS shall be resolved by the competent courts of the jurisdiction in the United States of America.

By accessing, downloading, or using the Model, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this TOS.
